  1. Download the Program installer from the link above.
  2. After download is complete, unzip the installer.
  3. After it has unzipped, run the installer
  4. Once program is installed, there will be a desktop icon to run it.
  5. Once open, fill in details, and click File-Export to save it to a local copy.
  6. Please note that Ctrl+C will clear the form, copy and paste can be done with Ctrl+Insert and Shift+Insert.
  7. Local copy can be opened and updated by File-Import at any time.
  8. To send the details to JMR Software click Submit-Via Email and the program will place an email in your
    Outlook outbox to be sent (make sure to send if outlook is not send to auto-send).
  9. If you do not run Outlook or have problems with the interface, you can manually send the form by
    sending an email to xibs@penguinz.co.za with the xml document you exported to as an attachment
    (please also send carbon-copy to recruit@jmr.co.za)
  10. ID/passport number must only be numerics.
  11. All date fields in either YYYY, YYYY-MM or YYYY-MM-DD format!
  12. Give as much information as possible, as all Placement searches are based on this information, and CV's are generated from the Data entered.
  13. Once Data has been sent, do not delete the Program, when some information changes, simply open
    the Form again, change the data required, and re-send, this ensures the information on the JMR Server stays up-to-date at all times.
