Role of the account manager:

  • Upholds the relationship between the client and JMR Software
  • Support the recruitment objectives through a clear understanding of all the client’s requirements
  • Providing the recruiters with both concise technical job specifications and equally important information regarding the client and relevant team culture
  • Liaise with the recruitment team to identify suitable candidates for the relevant roles
  • Interview the most suitable, prospective candidates and decide which are most suitable to submit
  • Submit the CV’s of the selected candidates to the client in our JMR format together with all requested relevant documents for example:
      • The full MIE report (personal verification, criminal check and qualification check) per candidate submitted for consideration
      • Consent, from each candidate submitted, to undergo above checks
      • Conduct at least one professional reference check on each prospective candidate, and further checks as per clients’ specifications
  • Take responsibility as the one point of entry for all JMR resources working at the client site. Making sure that their work experience is a positive one by:
      • Attending to consultants with ongoing management and by regularly engaging with clients and consultants onsite
      • Gathering and relaying feedback to clients as well as consultants, to provide sensitive management toward employee satisfaction and successful service delivery
