We are looking for a Professional Services Engineer to support the implementation and enhancement of the Finsurv regulatory reporting platform within client environments.
This role focuses on building integrations, configuring client-specific solutions, and resolving complex data and system issues that help financial institutions meet regulatory reporting requirements.
You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions across client systems.
What you’ll do
- Implement and support client-specific platform configurations and enhancements
- Build and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL
- Develop business logic, validation rules, and data workflows
- Investigate and resolve data, integration, and reporting issues
- Support client delivery engagements and technical discussions
- Collaborate with product engineering to align solutions with core architecture
What we’re looking for
- Experience in Java or JavaScript development
- Strong SQL and database skills
- Understanding of APIs (REST), JSON, and XML
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail and structured thinking
Bonus experience
- Financial services, banking, or regulatory systems exposure
- Client-facing or consulting delivery experience
