About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Technical Advisor in Cape Town to provide technical expertise and strategic guidance within a complex, enterprise-level environment. This role requires a candidate who can combine SAP CRM module knowledge with enterprise system awareness, stakeholder management, and change leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice and guidance on SAP CRM systems, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise architecture.
  • Lead and support cross-functional teams, managing expectations across business units and departments.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to ensure operational continuity and stakeholder alignment.
  • Drive change management initiatives, supporting teams and stakeholders through organizational transitions.
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership and ensure integration strategies are understood and implemented.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong SAP CRM technical expertise.
  • Experience in leadership and stakeholder management, including guiding cross-functional teams and managing expectations.
  • Strategic and operational maturity with the ability to navigate complex organizational and administrative structures.
  • Understanding of enterprise-level system architecture, integrations, and governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and executive-level communication.
