We are looking at a Lead in the Development Space (Fixed Term Contract/Permanent)
This individual will be responsible and accountable for the following:
· Design, solution, code, debug, analyse and correct programs to ensure business requirements are met
· New development, maintenance and support
· Analyse the effect of new functions on the existing system
· Compile test cases according to System Development Lifecycle methodology and conduct thorough in-house testing per operational procedure
· Implement practical solutions that use the specialist and departmental systems and processes
· Provide specialist input and recommendations to improve the efficiency, compliance and quality objectives related to the area of specialisation
· Identify problems and develop and propose solutions to present to appropriate leader or stakeholders
· Ensure day to day operational support required from area of specialisation is provided to enhance performance
6 Years Experience with Technology Stack
• C# (.Net Framework 3.5 and up)
• ASP.Net (Web Forms, MVC and Web API)
• XML Web Services
• JavaScript, CSS, HTML\HTML5
• JQuery
• Understand database design and system analysis
• ADO.Net
• Experience with Azure Development including DevOps cycles (tools and processes)
• Experience with Object-orientated Design and Software Engineering principles (SOLID)
• Experience with Database Design and PL/SQL
• Experience with Agile Software Methodology and Sprint development
• Experience with Analysing software requirements
• Experience with Developing on Microservice and SOA architectures
• Experience with Web Service development
