We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AWS AI/ML Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them harness the power of AWS services for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. You will combine technical expertise, business acumen, and thought leadership to design innovative solutions, increase adoption of AWS AI/ML services, and deliver measurable value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help customers understand the value proposition of AWS AI/ML services by creating compelling content, demonstrating use cases, and building programs to drive awareness and adoption.
- Act as an AI/ML evangelist, sharing knowledge both externally with customers and internally across teams to develop AI expertise.
- Architect scalable, robust solutions leveraging AWS Machine Learning services, ensuring alignment with customer business needs and cloud best practices.
- Demonstrate solution viability through proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and pilot implementations.
- Provide thought leadership by creating audience-specific content, including product videos, customer success stories, demos, whitepapers, presentations, and how-to guides.
- Capture, share, and document best practices and insights for internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Collaborate closely with AWS field sales, professional services, training, and support teams to enable effective learning and adoption of AWS services.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support, providing updates on customer progress and ensuring execution plans are followed.
Requisite Experience, Education and/ or Skills:
– Advanced Degree in related technology
– 3 – 5 years in consultative technical sales and professional services with a proven track record of success
– Ability to gain credibility and build relationships with all levels in an organisation, from technical experts to senior executives
– Familiar with AWS Services
– Experience with AWS services related to AI/ ML highly desirable, particularly AWS, Lambda, Machine Learning, IoT, DynamoDB, EMR etc
– The candidate will possess both technical and customer-facing skills that will allow them to be a “trusted advisor” to customers
– He or she will be able to facilitate relationships with senior personnel, as well as easily interact and give guidance to technical experts, Software Developers, and System Architects
– The ideal candidate will also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
– Very strong understanding and experience in the field of AI and ML related technologies
– Deep experience developing AI models in real-world environments
– Significant experience deploying ML models
– Experience using Cloud Computing Technologies and related emerging technology
- Strong technical architecture, design, deployment and operational level knowledge of AI platforms, standards, protocols and devices
– 3 – 5 years professional experience in software development in languages like C, C++, NodeJS / Javascript, Python
